Target Audience:

This 30-minute online course is aimed at those who completed SWBA Awareness training wishing to learn more about the potential legal issues for their respective country.

Country specific online learning modules on regulatory requirements are being developed and may be required to meet local regulatory requirements. Currently, we offer a module and examination specific to New Zealand and a commentary for the United Kingdom. Upon successful completion of the respective examination, a certificate is issued for the module. Agencies in New Zealand should require completion of this examination in addition to SWBA® Specialist Certification.

A digital certificate is issued upon completion of online learning and quiz.

Important Note: As SWBA® is an emerging concept, the legal considerations for its use remain largely unspecified. This course should not replace seeking the advice from a legal expert, authorised to practice law in the respective country that you seek advice on.
