ECHO Multi-hazard incident risk assessment tool for swiftwater and flood rescue

This 45-60 minute online course is aimed at emergency responders who may arrive first on-scene to a swiftwater or flood rescue incident and required to undertake an ECHO assessment to determine the risk of the incident and identify what level of expertise may be required to resolve the incident.
